every Tuesday & Thursday from 9:00-11:00 a.m.
We accept
Medicare Part B (including all HMO's) & Medicaid.
Flu ~ $20.00
Pneumonia ~ $45.00
Tetanus ~ $10.00 (needed every 10 years)
